  1. The Herb Crusted Steaks looked the best (though all looked great). I’m going to have to try that one, just as soon as I get some steaks.

  2. As each recipe came up…..I liked it the best. So I will go with Herb crusted steak as this was my favorite by the end of the week. All the recipes truly looked amazing and yummy, though.

With a family of 7 I can always use fresh ideas in the kitchen so i would be TICKLED to get my hands on one of those cookbooks!

Thanks for the chance to win!

  3. I would love to enter this contest! As for my favorite recipe of the three, you had me at “walnut crusted,” and when the rest of the recipe title involves “bleu cheese mashed potatoes” – hello! Walnut Crusted Roast *totally* gets my vote for most appealing. 🙂

  4. Well, I’m a vegetarian so NONE of these particularly appealed to ME, haha. But, I do cook meat for my family and I did save the mediterranian pitas recipe to try out! :o)

  5. The Herb Crusted Steaks – DEFINATELY. I’m going to try those as soon as I find some steaks for a decent price. FYI, those roasted tomatoes? YUMMY. A great way to use the bounty of those tomato plants in the yard.

  6. The herb crusted steak looks so tempting! But I’m more likely to make the pitas, as that’s the style of food my family tends to eat. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  7. Mediterranean beef pitas, definitely. I have the ingredients for that, even, so there’s a good chance I’ll be making that in the next few days.

  8. the Walnut Crusted Roast with the bleu cheese mashed potatoes is sheer genius- I plan on making this and the steaks very soon-

  9. I think the walnut crusted roast looked most delicous. But we are making the herbed steaks next week. (We actually had steaks in the freezer — the roast will have to wait!)

  10. The pitas and I’ll tell you why if you can keep a secret. Because I could substitute MorningStar Farms vegetarian steak strips in them! No one said a vegetarian couldn’t enter. 🙂 But the cookbook wouldn’t go to waste, my husband is a meat-eater!

  11. The Mediterranean Beef Pitas are what I found most appealing although the others look delicious as well. I know the Pitas would be a big hit at my house.

  12. I loved the recipe for the “Walnut Crusted Roast” — we actually had that for dinner yesterday (the whole kit and caboodle – the mashed potatoes and salad as well) and everyone loved it!

  13. I make something similar to the Herb Crusted Steaks, but use tenderloin. I just know my family would love this porterhouse recipe and I can’t wait to try it.

  14. Oh, I’m not sure I could choose – they all looked scrumptious. I love beef, it’s my favorite meat. Please, pick me!!

  15. They all sounds wonderful.. Plus I just so happen to have Pita bread this week… However, I think the herb crusted steak would win over my family

  16. The herb crusted steak looks delicious! Apparently everyone else thinks so too! 🙂 Thanks for the giveaway.

  17. I find the Herb Crusted Steaks most appealing. In fact, we’re grilling steaks for Easter and I think I’ll top them with your herb crust. Thanks!

  18. The Mediterranean Pitas sound fantastic. I will have to make them soon!! Hard to choose they all look great!

  19. The beef pita’s are going into the summer rotation at our house.

waaaay yummy, and refreshing on a hot day.

    Thanks!

  20. We don’t even have any beef in the house currently, but those Mediterranean pitas look delightful. I can’t wait to make my own cucumber sauce.

  21. Pitas, of course! I LOVE pitas. My DH would like the herb crusted steak however, and since we have a steak in the house that needs to be eaten, I have the feeling I’ll be trying that recipe first.

  22. Hello!

Well, they all sound pretty tasty, but I’m planning to try the herb crusted steak. Yummmmy!

  23. It has to be the Herb Crusted Steaks. Love herbs, love steaks. What could be better than a combination?!

  24. The Walnut-Crusted Roast sounds absolutely terrific. The fact that it’s so easy is, well, truth be told, the reason I love it. I bet it’s very hard to make a roast look inviting in photos. I was a little intimidated by the look of the dish.

  25. I noticed that all three recipes were well illustrated, and that can be a big help when trying to follow someone else’s directions for a recipe, diy project, or what-have-you. The photos of the beef pitas really stood out, both the buffet and the closeup of a stuffed pita, and made me want to eat them.

  26. My kids might cry at the thought of cucumber sauce, but the Mediterranean Beef Pitas look de-lish. Thanks for sharing~

  27. The Walnut Crusted Roast looks like a winner to me. As my son would say, “nom, nom, nom!”

  28. The walnut crusted roast looks divine, yummy! It’s making me hungry again…and the mashed potatoes? mmmmmmm

But actually, they all sound good. LOVE a good steak/beef dinner! Thanks!!!
