  7. With two young adults and a husband to feed I could sure use one. With only the top part of our refrigerator to store frozen foods. Alot of times I have to pass up great sales of discounted meat because I don’t want the meat to get freezer burn. It sure would be nice to win the new Reynolds Handi-Vac. Thank you. Annie.

  15. I have been wanting a product like this for a long time. It would save us SO much money!! I would love to buy things in bulk but can’t a lot of the time due to not being able to eat it all in time. I would absolutely LOVE this product knowing it works well and it would make my christmas

  20. This could change my life. No more peering into the freezer trying to identify that cold, frosty block of…something. No more tossing out the unidentifiable, freezer burned beyond redemption hunk of ice. Please help me save money and my reputation as a frugal cook.

  21. I didn’t know they made these. I was just looking at the hamburger in the freezer the other night, wondering what to make with it since it was looking kind of freezer burnt. Proof that the freezer zipper bags don’t work as well as they say.

  39. We’ve been joking all week that with her veterinarian-prescribed cone on, Nellie looks like a Dustbuster when she kisses RUABelle to wake her up in bed every morning.

    I’d sure rather have a Handivac than a Dustbuster poodle.

  43. I am a recovering cancer survivor. While I was sick we lost our home and lived off the land in the woods. We sure did learn alot and glad it was spring not winter. We finally have bought an old farm home. We freeze our meats, our garden veggies and anything else we can. We process our own venison, and it is a team effort. Our neighbors, family & friends all process their own as well. So the reynolds would get a ton of use, not just by our family but everyone else we farm with. It would save many families money. Not to mention how appreciated it would be!

  55. As a SAHM of a 4 yr old I have had a few oppurtunities to “share a cow” with my parents(buy the meat). I have had to pass these up because I don’t want to risk losing that much meat to freezer burn. I can not afford the foodsaver(I didn’t think those things cost that much) and haven’t even seen the HndiVac in any of the stores near me. wether I win or not I still would like to try it (if the price is right) so if I don’t win I wil just have to wait until our stores start to carry it.

    ok, not really the toilet, but you know what I mean.

    This would serve me & my 3 boys plus one very large boy…6’3, 325…tremendously. Time saving is the name of the game with so many boys in the hair.

  75. Wow, I could use that, so so so much! I’m so impressed, I nearly drooled. (my 15 month old actually did, though, he’s teething and would love to suck on some not freezer burnt meat for once, poor kid)

  80. I recently bought one of these food sealers. I LOVE it. It will even keep salad fresh for way longer than what I’m used to! This is such a bonus for me as we eat a lot of salad, but used to have to throw it away when we didn’t finish it within a very few days.
    I think that the people who are having trouble with it are not drying off the food that they put in. I’ve only had this eperience one time with some green peppers that I had just washed and cut into chunks. The third time that the vaccum seal didn’t hold, I removed the peppers and dried in a paper towel—then the seal held just fine. A product well worth it’s price!

  82. I buy when prices are low and freeze to save a fw dollars.The bags I now use do not keep ice from forming. The Reynolds handi vac may be just the thing. The non-ice device. If I’m not lucky to win, please send a coupon
